Terms & Conditions

By browsing or using Floyd County Busted Mugshots, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept every condition below, stop using the site. These rules govern editorial pages, links, and any outside search tool reached through them.

Neither it nor its advertising partners offers FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services.

Nature of the Website

This private reference stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file documents with an agency or court.

Its editorial pages point toward Floyd County, Kentucky jail, sheriff, city police, court, state corrections, federal, and immigration record resources. Some tools are operated by outside research providers.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, corrections, court, legal-aid, government, and outside search resources. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, privacy practices, data, availability, or terms, which visitors should review themselves.

The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or current information
  • Continuous or uninterrupted availability

  • Complete or useful partner-search results

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by Floyd County or another government body.
